Return window
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to make a return
- Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive the product and check its condition, we approve the refund.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product received is defective or does not match your order.
Defective product
If the product you received is damaged or defective, contact us: we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
